pilot_starBefore school ended, Jackie asked me, "Hey, did you get chosen for the handbook cover thing?"
I reply, "I think that if they chose me, they would've told me by now."
And then, two weeks later, it turned out I was chosen after all.
So. I had to revise my sketch, they wanted the girl to be not as thin. And I also had to place the text and do some basic colour scheme.
There are definately parts I don't like about it. For some reason the blue is bothering me but I'm not sure why. The text sucks, obviously, but I never intended to use anything that even looks like that. And the outlines are scratchy, but I haven't inked it yet.
I also don't like the colours of the birds, but I don't know what colours birds usually are.
