The wonders of vanity press
Jun. 29th, 2007 12:56 pmI've finally decided to try my hand out at a vanity press. It's an experience, right?
I'm gonna print my short story thingie out and try to sell it... I dunno. Somewhere.
Anyway, here are samples/info.
Yeah, they're the same pages I put up before, but they will have text on them (in the actual printed version)!

Here's the pic:

It'll be 24 pages, black and white insides, colored cover.
I'm guessing it will be $11.00, shipping included.
100% original story. Except for the inspirations I took from... Amelie. And the Machinist.
The story is pretty simple, it's about a boy reminiscing about his memory of that summer of '73. It was the summer where he visited his aunt in a small town, and realized that the world is different when you look at it without the jaded perspective of the city.
If you're interested, please use this lovely button:
The doujin has now SOLD OUT! Thanks everyone who got a copy! <3
A big thanks to
tokyoghoststory and
oneleaf_clover for helping me with dialogue when I can't do jack with it.
